Meet Mary Spillane
Career, Life and Business Coach
I am Mary Spillane owner of Rise to Success Coaching. I have over 15 years’ experience in management, Human Resources and Coaching. I have hands on experience working on sales floors along with management experience helping businesses to grow and people development, through this experience.
I’ve been able to develop and master a wide variety of skills, tools and techniques to facilitate and empower clients to create practical plans and get results.
I live in Co Cork with my partner, daughter, and dog. I had a job I didn’t enjoy, I felt trapped and stuck, I felt at 30 I was too old to go back to college as I was never a scholar student and feared the idea of studying again, however I went to a career coach who helped me in so many ways and helped me see through my limiting beliefs and self-doubt, I went back to college and realised learning about something I was passionate about wasn’t difficult it seemed to just click. I love working with people and helping them develop, it gives me a huge sense of pride working with amazing clients and seeing them grow.
For others, it’s just a business.
For me, it’s a passion.
My passion is people development and watching people flourish. I believe everyone can achieve success, this requires guidance, support, and non-judgement, this is where I empower my clients to become the best version of themselves through powerful questioning and coaching tools to unlock their potential.

Qualifications
I have a BA in Human Resource Management, Advanced Diploma in Personal, Business and Executive Coaching and a Diploma in Training & Development, Delivery and Design. I also am a practitioner in NLP and a mindfulness Coach. I am a member of the CIPD (chartered Institute of professional development) and EMCC (European Mentoring and coaching council), which are recognised professional bodies.
